Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Journeyman Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in residential and light commercial settings. This role requires a strong understanding of plumbing techniques, safety protocols, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. We offer company bonus up to $5000 to qualified candidates Duties Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including water and drain pipes, fixtures, and appliances, and, residential/commercial service and remodeling plumbing experience is required; boiler experiences is preferred MN State Journeyman or master license and Twin Cities Comp card required Provide training at the job site and supervision for apprentices. Utilize hand tools and power tools to perform plumbing tasks efficiently. Must have your own hand tools and basic power tools. Perform pipe threading and drain cleaning as necessary for various installations. Assemble plumbing components according to specifications and codes. Conduct routine inspections of plumbing systems to ensure proper functioning and compliance with safety standards. Handle heavy lifting when necessary during installations or repairs. Must have a clean driving record, with no reported accidents within the last 5 years. MN State Journeyman or master license and Twin Cities Comp card required Experience Proven experience as a plumber to carry out jobs independently. Familiarity with basic math skills for accurate measurements and calculations. Proficient in the use of hand tools, power tools, and other equipment related to plumbing tasks. Must have 4 years + verifiable previous working experience in the plumbing field. High School/ GED Diploma Required. Ability to work in various environments, must be able to lift 50+ pounds frequently. Excellent communication and customer service skills are required, with prior sales experience. Journeyman License and Twin Cities Comp card required, or with the ability to obtain licenses within a month of employment.
