Job Summary Minnesota Plumbing is looking to add an experienced Journeyman Plumber to our team! We're specifically looking for someone who holds a current MN Journeyman Plumber License and has residential plumbing experience. Strong diagnostic skills are a must—we need someone who enjoys figuring out the problem, not just replacing parts. Duties Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, gas piping systems. Read blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to accurately execute plumbing layouts in accordance with project specifications. Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on plumbing systems to ensure optimal performance and compliance with building codes. Follow safety regulations and protocols during all phases of work to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and team members. Collaborate with construction teams, carpenters, HVAC technicians, and project managers to coordinate tasks effectively. Perform heavy lifting and physical tasks required for pipe installation, remodeling projects, or system upgrades while adhering to safety standards. Requirements Proven experience as a Journeyman Plumber with a valid MN license or certification demonstrating completion of apprenticeship or equivalent training. Strong knowledge of plumbing building codes, local regulations, and safety standards applicable to residential and commercial projects. Hands-on experience with pipe installation, pipe threading, welding, schematics reading, and system maintenance. Excellent customer service skills with a professional attitude when interacting with clients or team members. Physical ability to perform demanding tasks such as heavy lifting, climbing ladders/scaffolding, bending or kneeling for extended periods. Valid driver's license.
