Full-Time Schedule:

Monday-Friday, ~7:00 AM-4:00 PM, with rotating on-call rotation for after-hours emergency service

Compensation:

$34-$46/hr ($70K-$95K annually), plus spiffs and after-hours differential About the Role We're looking for an experienced Master Plumber to lead and mentor our plumbing crew while handling a strong mix of residential and commercial work. This role requires someone who can operate independently — pulling permits, passing inspections, and managing jobs from start to finish — while also developing the next generation of technicians on the team. What You'll Do Lead and mentor a crew of plumbers on residential and commercial jobs Pull permits and pass inspections independently, without oversight Manage a strong mix of residential and commercial plumbing work Diagnose and resolve complex plumbing issues in the field Rotate through on-call coverage for after-hours emergency service calls Uphold high standards for craftsmanship, safety, and customer service What You Bring 7-10+ years of total plumbing experience Active or eligible Master Plumber certificate for Jefferson City, meeting one of the following: Age 25+ with 3+ years as a licensed journeyman (per RSMo 341.170), or 4,000 hours as a journeyman working under a licensed master plumber (per local ordinance) Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a crew Strong track record across both residential and commercial plumbing work Clean driving record Ability to pass a background check Deal-Breakers No active or eligible Master Plumber license Poor driving record Failed background check Compensation & Benefits $34-$46/hr base ($70K-$95K annualized) Spiffs for performance After-hours differential pay for on-call emergency service
