Overview Join our dynamic team as a Service Plumber and become a vital part of delivering top-tier plumbing solutions for commercial clients. In this energetic role, you will perform installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems, ensuring safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Duties Install, repair, and maintain water systems, drainage, and plumbing fixtures in commercial settings Conduct plumbing inspections using cameras and schematics to diagnose issues accurately Utilize hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and welding techniques to complete projects efficiently Perform drain cleaning using specialized equipment to clear blockages and prevent future issues Operate company vehicles safely to transport tools, materials, and personnel to job sites while adhering to local driving regulations Collaborate with construction teams during remodeling or new construction projects to ensure plumbing systems meet all building codes and specifications Qualifications Proven construction experience with a focus on plumbing systems in commercial environments Skilled in pipe threading, assembly, and remodeling tasks with mechanical knowledge of water systems Familiarity with plumbing inspection cameras and schematics Knowledge of local building codes, and plumbing system maintenance practices Hands-on experience with drain cleaning equipment, hand tools, power tools, and heavy lifting techniques Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients and team members Valid driver's license with experience operating company vehicles safely in diverse job site conditions Ability to perform physical tasks including heavy lifting, climbing ladders, and working in confined spaces Basic math skills for measurements and calculations necessary for accurate installations or repairs The weekend on call you receive on call stipend On call every 3 weeks with Saturday 1/2 time and Sunday double time including holiday pay when applicable 1 year in commercial experience preferred Embark on a rewarding career where your skills make a tangible difference!
