We're hiring a Projects Plumber to independently run install-focused work — water line and sewer line installs, repipes, remodels, and some new construction — from excavation/rough-in through final inspection, with light oversight from the Projects Team Lead. This is a strong-fit role if you're ready to work with minimal supervision and want a clear path toward leading your own crew. What you'll do: Independently perform water line and sewer line installs/replacements, repipes, remodels, and some new construction Tow and maneuver equipment trailers to and from jobsites Operate a mini excavator for utility trenching and site excavation Perform work per approved plans, specs, applicable codes, and company standards Coordinate directly with builders, inspectors, and vendors Prepare work areas for inspections and correct any findings Mentor Apprentice Projects Plumbers assigned to support jobs Keep job records (progress, labor, milestones) current in HouseCall Pro Flag jobsite issues or delays to the Projects Team Lead What you bring: 3-5 years of hands-on plumbing experience with water line, sewer line, repipe, or remodel install work Demonstrated ability to tow a trailer and operate a mini excavator independently Working knowledge of applicable state plumbing codes Comfortable working with minimal direct supervision Valid driver's license with a clean motor vehicle record Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background check Comfortable in trenches, crawl spaces, and active jobsites in all weather NC plumbing license a plus, not required

Pay:

$24.00 - $28.00 per hour Expected hours: 35.0 - 50.0 per week
