Have a solid knowledge of plumbing, related codes and installation and repair techniques Be able to work efficiently with great attention to detail and take pride in their craft Be able to work independently but be coachable and always open to learn new things Be willing to work on a cross-functional team and support other trades where needed Be willing to participate in training others as the organization grows Job types:
