Job Description

Job Summary :
Plan and perform a wide variety of maintenance and installation of all types of plumbing equipment. Perform other responsibilities as required and determined by manager. Assist on medical gas installation, and other mechanical related work as needed. Assist with scheduling utility shutdowns due to construction and or maintenance. Assist manager with code issues. Assist and work with other trades as necessary to meet workload and schedules. Keep assigned areas clean and neat in appearance. Responsible for affiliate maintenance as scheduled by Manager.
Qualifications :
High School diploma or equivalent. At least two years of specialized training as a plumber required; preferred to have hospital or industrial setting experience. Be familiar with basic mechanical principals, boilers, must be able to read and understand prints, schematics and other technical drawings as required to perform your duties. Be able to lift fifty lbs., be physically able to do the job. Have a valid North Carolina Driver's License with no restrictions other than prescription eyeglasses or contacts. Must be capable of climbing any ladder(s) or scaffolding necessary to perform assigned duties. Basic PC skills. EOE AA M/F/Vet/Disability
