Responsibilities Perform plumbing inspections using plumbing inspection cameras to identify issues within residential water and drainage systems. Repair, replace, and install plumbing fixtures, water lines, drains, and related components according to local building codes and safety standards. Conduct drain cleaning using specialized tools and techniques to clear blockages and restore proper flow. Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and construction plans to accurately execute plumbing projects. Operate company vehicles safely while transporting tools and materials to job sites; adhere to all traffic laws and safety protocols. Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and assembly techniques for various plumbing tasks including remodeling projects. Maintain detailed records of work performed, parts used, and inspections conducted for each service call. Collaborate with customers to explain repairs or installations clearly, ensuring excellent customer service at every interaction. Assist with construction site tasks such as heavy lifting, remodeling, or handyman duties as needed to support project completion. Requirements Proven construction experience with a focus on residential plumbing systems. Can safely use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and plumbing inspection cameras. Knowledge of codes, plumbing standards, and basic instruction reading/following. Ability to interpret technical drawings and perform basic math calculations related to measurements and material estimates. Experience with drain cleaning techniques and the use of plumbing system maintenance tools. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to clients. Physical capability for heavy lifting, working in confined spaces, climbing ladders, and performing manual tasks throughout the workday. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience operating company vehicles is preferred. Construction site experience including remodeling or assembly work is highly desirable. Additional skills such as handyman experience or familiarity with construction site safety protocols will be considered advantageous. $20.00 - $55.00 per hour
