Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and skilled Plumber to join our dynamic residential plumbing team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems across various residential home sites. Your expertise will ensure that plumbing installations meet safety standards, adhere to blueprints and schematics, and function efficiently within residential projects. Duties Accurately install plumbing systems according to project specifications. Install, repair, and maintain plumbing fixtures, piping, valves, and related components using hand tools, power tools, and pipe threading equipment. Be able to modify existing plumbing systems or prepare new installations on construction sites. Conduct heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely while adhering to site safety protocols. Operate a variety of tools including pipe cutters, threaders, wrenches, drills, and other hand tools essential for plumbing work. Follow safety guidelines diligently while working Maintain detailed records of work performed, materials used, and inspections completed for job/project documentation. Assist with site cleanup and organize materials efficiently for ongoing work activities. Qualifications Proven experience in residential service plumbing Proficient with hand tools, power tools, heavy lifting equipment, etc. Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and layout planning. Knowledge of carpentry principles useful for remodeling projects or structural modifications involving plumbing systems. Valid driver's license Ability to work independently or as part of a team while maintaining attention to detail.
