Mintz Plumbing Service, Inc. is growing! We are looking for a Professional Senior Plumbing Technician to join our team. Senior Plumbing Technicians are highly experienced professionals responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in residential, commercial, or industrial settings. They often lead teams, diagnose complex plumbing issues, and ensure work complies with building codes and safety standards. In addition to hands-on tasks, they will guide, mentor, and train apprentice or junior plumbing technicians on-site. The Service Technician will work in a variety of working conditions depending on the job site. Plumbing duties vary widely and require physical agility to work in tight spaces, and manual dexterity in using hand tools and power tools. Service Techs should possess good problem-solving and communication skills, the ability to present professional conduct at all times, attention to detail, and efficiently manage their time. Must be goal oriented and self-starting. Strong service experience, troubleshooting and diagnostic skills, and excellent customer service skills required. Appropriate State Journeyman license preferred. Must have and maintain a clean driving record with a valid driver's license, ability to pass background checks/drug screenings, and physical capability to lift heavy equipment and work in tight spaces.
