Are seeking a skilled and motivated Journeyperson Plumber to join our dynamic construction and maintenance team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems across various commercial and residential projects. Your expertise will ensure that plumbing systems operate efficiently, safely, and in compliance with all relevant codes and standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse construction sites, apply your technical knowledge, and contribute to high-quality building projects. Duties Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, valves, and appliances on construction sites or during remodeling projects. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute plumbing layouts. Use hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment. Conduct routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues and perform necessary repairs or replacements. Collaborate with construction teams, carpenters, HVAC technicians, and other trades to coordinate project activities effectively. Perform heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely while adhering to safety protocols. Read basic math measurements for precise cuts and fittings; utilize schematics for complex system layouts. Execute maintenance tasks on existing plumbing infrastructure to ensure optimal operation. Assist in remodeling projects by installing new plumbing fixtures or upgrading existing systems. Apply mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot issues related to water supply, drainage, or HVAC-related plumbing components. Maintain accurate documentation of work performed and materials used; adhere to safety standards at all times. Skills Proven experience in construction plumbing with a solid understanding of plumbing codes and safety regulations. Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams related to plumbing systems. Skilled in the use of hand tools such as wrenches, pipe cutters, pliers; power tools including drills and saws and pipe threading machines. Strong mechanical aptitude with knowledge of HVAC systems as they relate to plumbing components. Experience working on construction sites with the ability to adapt quickly to changing environments. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail during installation or repairs. Basic math skills for measurements and calculations essential for precise work. Familiarity with remodeling projects including fixture installation and system upgrades. Knowledge of schematics for complex piping layouts; ability to interpret technical drawings accurately. Valid ND Drivers License. Maintenance Person experience or general maintenance skills are advantageous for versatile job functions. Strong teamwork ethic with excellent communication skills; ability to coordinate effectively with other tradespeople. Join us as a
