As a Plumbing Drain & Camera Technician , you'll help diagnose and resolve residential drain and sewer problems using professional equipment and camera technology. You'll work directly with customers, identify problems, and help them understand the best solutions for their home. What You'll Do Diagnose and clear residential drain and sewer blockages Operate drain cleaning equipment safely and effectively Perform sewer and drain camera inspections Identify, document, and explain issues within drain and sewer lines Identify additional repair or replacement opportunities when appropriate Educate customers on recommended solutions and available options Present solutions and assist customers in making informed decisions Communicate findings and recommendations clearly and professionally Maintain clean, organized equipment and work areas Complete job documentation and communicate with the team Follow all safety and company procedures Drain or plumbing experience is preferred, but we're willing to train the right candidate. We're looking for someone who is mechanically inclined, dependable, comfortable working with their hands, and willing to learn. The right candidate will also have strong communication and customer service skills and be comfortable recognizing opportunities to help customers address plumbing issues before they become bigger problems.
