Nebraska , Omaha Job Description A leading mechanical contractor looking to hire an experienced Plumbing Service Technician with a solid background in commercial service and installation. This is a full-time opportunity for a reliable technician who takes pride in delivering high-quality work, can manage job sites, and works well with both clients and crew members.
Responsibilities:
Install, maintain, and repair commercial plumbing systems and fixtures Diagnose issues and perform timely repairs or replacements Supervise apprentices and subcontractors as needed Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and project specs Ensure all work complies with plumbing codes and safety standards Communicate clearly with clients, team members, and leadership Coordinate materials and labor to keep projects on schedule and within budget
Requirements:
3-5 years of commercial plumbing experience required High school diploma or GED; trade school or formal plumbing training preferred Valid driver's license with clean driving record Physically capable of lifting up to 100 lbs and performing manual labor Strong problem-solving, time management, and communication skills Knowledge of commercial plumbing codes and system
