About Us Osborne Plumbing is a family-owned plumbing company based in Springfield, Nebraska, proudly serving the Omaha metro area. We believe in doing quality work, treating our customers with respect, and providing our employees with the equipment and support they need to succeed. We are looking for an experienced Service Plumber who enjoys troubleshooting plumbing issues, helping customers, and working independently while still being part of a supportive team.
Compensation & Benefits Pay:
$42-$50 based on experience and qualifications.

You'll diagnose plumbing issues, explain repair options, and complete high-quality repairs with professionalism and integrity.
Responsibilities include:
Diagnose plumbing problems in residential homes and light commercial buildings Perform plumbing repairs, replacements, and installations Clearly explain findings and repair options to customers Provide outstanding customer service and maintain a professional appearance Complete work orders, invoices, and required job documentation using a company-provided iPad Maintain an organized, clean, and fully stocked service vehicle Follow all plumbing codes, safety procedures, and company standards Communicate effectively with customers and office staff throughout the day Qualifications We're looking for someone who is dependable, self-motivated, and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service.
Preferred qualifications:
Journeyman plumbing license preferred (or equivalent service plumbing experience) Previous experience in residential service plumbing Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Ability to work independently and manage your daily schedule Comfortable using technology for job notes, invoicing, and communication Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical job duties Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented If you're looking for a company that values quality workmanship, respects your time, and provides the equipment and support needed to succeed, we'd love to hear from you. #hc257892
