+ Benefits We're looking for an experienced plumber to join our growing Manchester operation. We're not looking for just another person to fill a truck. We're looking for someone who knows the trade, can take ownership of a service call, and wants an opportunity to grow with a company that's investing heavily in its people and its future. Boiler and hydronic experience is a major plus. We see a significant opportunity in boilers, water heaters and hydronic heating and want someone who's comfortable diagnosing, servicing and replacing these systems—not just doing basic plumbing calls. This is primarily residential and light commercial service work. You should be comfortable receiving a call, diagnosing the problem, explaining the options to the customer, and completing the work correctly. What You'll Do Plumbing service, repair and replacement Boiler and hydronic heating service, troubleshooting and replacement Water heaters, including tank and tankless systems Diagnose plumbing and hydronic system problems Fixtures, piping, valves, pumps and related systems Run service calls independently from diagnosis through completion Communicate directly with customers and explain repair options Document completed work and collect payment in the field Who We're Looking For NH Journeyman Plumber license or an experienced MA-licensed plumber interested in working toward NH licensing Strong plumbing service and troubleshooting ability Boiler/hydronic experience strongly preferred Comfortable working independently and actually performing the work Good with customers — you can explain a problem without sounding like a salesperson Reliable, professional and takes pride in quality work Valid driver's license Why Join Our Team We have served the Manchester market for decades, but we're entering a new chapter. Compensation:

$40-$55/hour based on experience and licensing
