Our ideal Service Plumbing Technician is: Dependable and punctual Professional in appearance and communication Customer-focused Honest and ethical Self-motivated Comfortable working independently Organized and detail-oriented A strong problem solver Able to manage a high-volume service schedule Willing to learn and improve A positive team player Motivated to grow professionally and financially As a Service Plumbing Technician, you will: Respond to residential and commercial plumbing service calls Diagnose plumbing problems and identify appropriate solutions Perform plumbing repairs, installations, and maintenance Install and repair water heaters, faucets, fixtures, valves, toilets, and other plumbing components Perform drain cleaning and sewer-related services as needed Conduct plumbing inspections Prepare accurate estimates Clearly explain repair and replacement options to customers Obtain customer approval before beginning work Complete service calls efficiently and professionally Properly document completed work, materials used, recommendations, and customer approvals Follow company procedures and safety standards Maintain company tools, equipment, inventory, and assigned vehicles Keep work areas and company vehicles clean and organized Represent Johnny On The Spot professionally with customers, property managers, vendors, and other professionals Position Requirements Minimum 2 years of plumbing service experience preferred Strong knowledge of residential plumbing systems Valid Driver's License with an acceptable driving record Ability to pass a background check Ability to pass a drug screening Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to diagnose plumbing concerns and recommend appropriate solutions Comfortable explaining repair and replacement options to customers Ability to work independently and efficiently manage service calls Ability to safely perform the physical requirements of the position, including lifting equipment and materials Preferred Qualifications The following are a plus: ServiceTitan experience OSHA 10 Certification Residential service plumbing experience Drain cleaning and sewer experience Water heater installation and repair experience Experience preparing estimates and presenting service options

Responsibilities Pay:

$75,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
