Duties Install, repair, and maintain water treatment equipment, water heating equipment, and plumbing fixtures in residential and commercial settings. Operate company vehicles safely to transport tools and materials to job sites. Use hand tools, power tools, and pipe threading equipment to complete tasks efficiently. Perform plumbing system inspections and troubleshooting to identify issues quickly and implement effective solutions. Assist with remodeling projects by assembling fixtures, fitting pipes, and ensuring compliance with local building codes. Utilize soldering techniques when necessary for pipe repairs or custom fittings on construction sites. Maintain a clean work environment by adhering to safety protocols and heavy lifting procedures. Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs clearly and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project. Qualifications Proven construction experience with a strong background in plumbing installation, repair, and maintenance. Mechanical knowledge of water treatment systems, plumbing components, and construction site practices. Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and plumbing inspection cameras. Experience with welding, drain cleaning equipment, assembly work, remodeling projects, and interpreting technical drawings. Familiarity with local building codes and regulations related to residential and commercial plumbing systems. Ability to lift heavy objects safely and perform physically demanding tasks regularly. Valid driver's license with experience operating company vehicles in compliance with commercial driving standards. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly. Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and reading blueprints or technical documents. Construction site experience with an understanding of safety protocols on active job sites.
