We are looking for an experienced Plumbing Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate is dependable, hardworking, professional, and confident working independently while providing excellent service to our customers. Position Requirements Minimum 2 years of plumbing experience required Valid driver's license and clean driving record Ability to pass a background check Strong knowledge of residential plumbing systems Ability to diagnose plumbing issues and determine appropriate solutions Comfortable working independently and managing service calls Professional appearance and positive attitude Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to explain plumbing issues and recommended solutions clearly to customers Must be dependable, punctual, and willing to work as part of a team Must be able to lift equipment and materials and perform physically demanding work when necessary Willingness to continue learning and developing plumbing skills Responsibilities Respond to residential and commercial plumbing service calls Diagnose plumbing problems and identify the best solutions Perform plumbing repairs, installations, and maintenance Install and repair water heaters, fixtures, valves, faucets, toilets, and other plumbing components Perform drain cleaning and sewer-related services as needed Conduct plumbing inspections and provide customers with accurate recommendations Prepare estimates and explain repair options to customers Obtain customer approval before beginning work Maintain a clean and organized work area Properly document completed work, materials used, and customer approvals Follow company procedures and safety standards Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment Represent Plumbing Kings professionally while interacting with customers, property managers, vendors, and other professionals What We're Looking For The right person for this position is more than someone who knows plumbing.
