Full Job Description Overview:

Needed Immediately Penfield Plumbing & Heating, Inc. has proudly served the Rochester area since 1962. We've built our reputation on quality workmanship, dependable service, and customer satisfaction. Our customer service and workmanship is considered some of the best quality within the greater Rochester area. We are looking to hire a few new full-time technicians, experience is preferred, but we are willing to train those with outstanding customer service skills and mechanical abilities.

Responsibilities:

• Install, repair and maintain plumbing systems in residential and minor commercial settings
• Work with customers and provide quotations for professional repairs
• Conduct inspections of plumbing systems to identify and replace current and future issues
• Adhere to current plumbing rules and regulations related to ensure inspections pass
• Be available for a rotating on-call schedule

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a plumber
• Be a responsible and organized field technician
• Provide honest quotations for the proper replacement or repair
• Familiarity with building codes and regulations
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Be available to put in extra time and effort when emergency issues arise
