Are you looking for hands-on work in a high-quality, rewarding environment? Join Lake George Water Systems as an Installation Specialist and help deliver top-tier residential water filtration solutions across the Adirondacks, Saratoga County, and Washington County. This role offers flexible part-time hours (8-24 per week) with potential for more in the future. We provide comprehensive training, professional development opportunities, and tools. This is a great opportunity to build a career in water filtration, with advancement opportunities through Water Quality Association (WQA) certification and training programs. What You'll Do Assist with the installation and servicing of high-quality residential water filtration systems. Work alongside a lead installer and coordinate with other tradespeople, such as electricians and divers. Utilize a variety of tools, including Pro Press, PEX expander, rotary hammer, and other hand and power tools (all provided). Communicate professionally with homeowners, project managers, and tradespeople. Carry tools and equipment to job sites, sometimes up and down flights of stairs. Drive a company vehicle for local travel to job sites. Maintain our reputation for top-tier craftsmanship and customer satisfaction. What We're Looking For Basic plumbing or trade experience is preferred but not required—we will train the right candidate! Comfortable using hand tools and eager to learn new skills. Strong communication skills with a professional and courteous demeanor. Ability to work in a team environment alongside experienced installers. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Physically able to transport tools and equipment as needed. WQA certification is a plus , and we offer training for career growth.
