New Construction Licensed Plumber

Dauenhauer Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electric is a well-established and reputable company known for delivering top-quality plumbing services. We are currently seeking skilled New Construction Licensed Plumbers to join our growing team and contribute to the successful completion of our residential and multifamily projects.

Pay Range:

Up to $35.00/hr for PTO, training, and holidays for active Journeyman's license + Pay Per Piece Commission Plan- $65,000-$130,000 total compensation. (Unlimited pay potential)

Responsibilities:

Read blueprints and layouts to understand the proper position of pipelines Install, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures in all phases of new construction projects including ground work, rough in and finish. Collaborate with general contractors, electricians, and other construction professionals Coordinate with other team members to ensure the efficient and timely completion of plumbing tasks Keep a record of all the material used in the work Ensure all work meets building codes, safety regulations, and safety practices

Requirements:

Valid Ohio Journeyman's License Proven experience as a plumber, particularly in new construction projects Solid understanding of water distribution and disposal systems in new construction Ability to read and follow blueprints and rough drawings Skilled in the use of hand and power tools used in the plumbing trade Knowledge of building codes and regulations related to new construction plumbing Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a team and individually as required Exceptional knowledge of water heaters and ventilation systems
