Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and motivated Journeyman Plumber to join our dynamic construction and maintenance team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems across residential and commercial projects. Your expertise will ensure that water systems, drainage, and plumbing infrastructure operate efficiently and meet all safety standards. Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including water supply lines, drainage, and fixtures in residential and commercial buildings. Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and construction plans to execute precise plumbing installations. Conduct plumbing inspections using cameras and other tools to diagnose issues accurately. Perform drain cleaning, pipe threading, and assembly tasks using hand tools and power tools. Ensure all work complies with local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards. Operate company vehicles safely to transport tools, materials, and personnel to various job sites. Collaborate with construction teams, carpenters, and other trades to coordinate project timelines and ensure seamless workflow. Skills Proven construction experience with a focus on plumbing installation and repair. Proficiency in welding, pipe threading, blueprint reading, and interpreting technical drawings. Strong mechanical knowledge of water systems, plumbing system maintenance, and repair techniques. Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, plumbing inspection cameras, and heavy lifting equipment. Knowledge of local building codes related to residential and commercial plumbing projects. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members. Experience in remodeling or handyman work is a plus; familiarity with construction site safety protocols is essential.
