Qualifications:

Masters degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution Current and unrestricted PT license (or eligibility) in Oregon Experience working in pediatric or school-based settings strongly preferred Excellent communication and collaboration skills Commitment to evidence-based practice and continuing education Ability to adapt interventions to diverse student needs

Role Responsibilities:

Deliver direct and consultative physical therapy services to students in grades Pre-K through 12 Assess student needs and develop individualized therapy plans Collaborate with teachers, school psychologists, and other specialists to support IEP goals Communicate progress with families and educational staff Participate in IEP meetings and document interventions according to district and state regulations Promote a positive, inclusive learning environment through creative therapeutic strategies
