Clemens Food Group is hiring an experienced Industrial Plumber to maintain and repair the plumbing, mechanical, production, and facility systems that keep our manufacturing operation running safely and efficiently. This is a hands-on role in an active food-production and wastewater-treatment environment. The right candidate will be comfortable troubleshooting complex systems, performing physical work, and working around strong odors and changing environmental conditions. Available Schedules 1st

Monday-Friday, 9:00 p.m.-6:00 a.m. What You'll Do Troubleshoot plumbing and mechanical systems, identify root causes, and complete repairs Maintain and improve production equipment and facility-support systems Operate Eel and Jetter drain-cleaning equipment Thread steel pipe and solder copper pipe Troubleshoot pumps, piping, valves, tanks, and other processing equipment Read and interpret basic pipe drawings, equipment information, and system documentation Maintain accurate prints, repair notes, and system records Partner with Operations to safely return equipment and systems to service Communicate critical equipment issues promptly to department leadership Support departmental projects and continuous-improvement efforts Train team members on complex systems, new technology, and plumbing practices Follow Lockout/Tagout, HACCP, PPE, quality, cross-contamination, and other required safety procedures What We're Looking For Strong industrial plumbing and mechanical troubleshooting skills Ability to perform root-cause analysis and work independently Experience operating Eel and Jetter drain-cleaning equipment Ability to thread steel pipe and solder copper pipe Basic knowledge of pipe drawings and system documentation Strong communication, teamwork, organization, and recordkeeping skills Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Ability to recognize workplace hazards and work safely around production and maintenance equipment Flexibility to provide coverage outside normal hours when needed due to production schedules, holidays, or PTO Preferred Experience Industrial plumbing, mechanical maintenance, or plant-maintenance experience Manufacturing, food-processing, wastewater-treatment, or similar production experience Experience supporting both production equipment and facility systems Experience training others and maintaining shared maintenance documentation Physical and Work Environment Requirements Candidates must be able to: Routinely lift up to 100 pounds Walk throughout the plant for most of the shift Work around wastewater, organic material, process by-products, and strong odors Work in areas that may be hot, cold, wet, or humid Work around industrial chemicals and treatment processes Work around active pumps, piping, valves, tanks, and processing equipment Work at heights when required Perform repairs that may involve dirty or physically demanding conditions Follow all HACCP, cross-contamination, PPE, safety, quality-assurance, and applicable RTE procedures Why Clemens Food Group?
