Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and motivated Licensed Master Plumber to lead our plumbing operations on residential projects. In this dynamic role, you will provide the installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems, ensuring all work complies with local building codes and safety regulations. Your expertise will drive project success and deliver exceptional service to clients. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional passionate about plumbing, with a focus on quality workmanship and team building. Having a NJ plumbing license is a PLUS! Responsibilities Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Install and maintain plumbing systems, including faucets, toilets, water heaters, and piping. Ensure all plumbing work complies with local building codes, plumbing building codes, and construction regulatory standards. Manage plumbing system maintenance schedules and troubleshoot issues using mechanical knowledge and technical expertise. Oversee pipe threading, welding tasks, pipe assembly, and the use of hand tools and power tools to complete projects safely and efficiently. Ensure a clean, safe work environment while following best practices Complete accurate paperwork and service documentation. Skills Strong understanding of plumbing building codes, local building codes, and construction regulatory compliance standards. Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, pipe assembly tools, and heavy lifting techniques safely. Ability to perform basic math calculations necessary for measurements, material estimates, and project planning. Excellent customer service skills combined with effective communication to liaise with clients and team members professionally. Familiarity with construction site experience including remodeling projects or new builds; handyman experience is a plus. Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team. Valid driver's license with a clean record
