We are seeking an experienced Residential Plumbing Lead to manage residential plumbing projects, ensuring exceptional quality and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the work of one plumbing helper on residential projects. Assist in planning and organizing plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance. Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications. Ensure projects comply with building codes and safety regulations. Collaborate with HVAC and electrical teams to complete projects efficiently. Inspect and ensure the quality of work performed. Troubleshoot and resolve plumbing issues. Maintain project schedules and communicate progress to project managers. Manage inventory and order supplies as needed. Essential Skills Ability to read blueprints Experience in residential construction Possession of own hand tools Capability to work well with others Valid driver's license for the past 3 years with less than 3 violations Proficiency in PVC and pipe installation and fitting Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of State College, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $27.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
