Work Environment:
The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Employees may be monitored or recorded at any time for training purposes to critique customer service skills and provide feedback on job performance as needed. This includes phone audio recordings and onsite video recordings Expected Hours of Work Offices are open on Monday through Saturday and often also on Sundays with hours determined by location. Ability to work outside of office hours and weekends is required. Travel Travel is minimal.
