Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Plumber to join our team. This position is responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings. We are looking for someone who is dependable, knowledgeable, and has strong problem-solving skills. Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in accordance with local codes and regulations Read and interpret blueprints and plans to determine plumbing layouts Inspect plumbing systems, identify problems, and determine appropriate solutions Perform routine maintenance to help prevent future plumbing issues Troubleshoot and repair plumbing problems Respond to emergency plumbing needs in a timely manner Work collaboratively with other construction and maintenance professionals Communicate with clients to understand their plumbing needs and recommend appropriate solutions Maintain accurate records of work performed Follow proper safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area Qualifications & Experience Proven experience as a plumber, preferably in a construction, commercial, or maintenance environment Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and regulations Ability to read and interpret blueprints Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to perform physical and heavy-lifting tasks associated with the position Familiarity with plumbing hand and power tools Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Dependable, professional, and able to manage multiple tasks Additional Skills Are a Plus Pipe threading Carpentry HVAC General maintenance Commercial driving Other construction or skilled-trade experience If you are an experienced plumber looking for a hands-on position with opportunities for growth , we encourage you to apply and become part of our team.
