You know the trade. You know how customers should be treated. And you've probably thought about who you'd hire and how you'd run things if you had the chance. But funding the startup, handling billing, coordinating dispatch, managing vendors, and carrying the whole business on your shoulders is a lot to take on. We're offering the opportunity to build and lead a plumbing company with the financial backing and operational support already in place. We're looking for a Master Plumber to help start a full-service plumbing company. You'll work directly with ownership, build your team, establish how the work gets done, and help shape the future of the business. You bring the experience. We provide the backing. Our sister company, Precision Air, has been serving customers for 33 years . This plumbing company will stand on its own, with access to thousands of existing customers and the resources to get established and grow. You'll have: A new, fully stocked truck and all the equipment needed to do the job right. A central warehouse and established vendor relationships. Support for billing, dispatch, and vendor coordination. A CRM and marketing budget to bring in work and keep it organized. The resources and ability to hire good people and build your team. Direct access to ownership and a meaningful say in how the company operates and grows. You won't have to fund the startup yourself or handle every part of running the business alone. Your focus will be on leading the plumbing operation, taking care of customers, and building a team that does excellent work. Help build the company you've always wanted to work for. We want your input on the decisions that matter: Which services we offer and the work we pursue. Who we hire and how we train them. How we price, prepare for, and complete jobs. What equipment we invest in. How we check quality and follow up with customers. When we add people, trucks, and capabilities. This is a hands-on role. Early on, you'll be in the field, running jobs and setting the standard. As you hire and develop the team, your leadership responsibilities will grow. The opportunity is to take what you've learned throughout your career and use it to build a well-run company from the beginning. Quality work. Good people. Customers first. We're privately held, and we want to build a business that earns customers' trust over the long term. That means honest recommendations, clear communication, and workmanship we stand behind. It also means giving our plumbers the equipment, training, and support to meet those expectations. We want someone who cares about how the whole operation runs. Trucks stocked properly. Jobs organized. Employees prepared. Customers kept informed. Problems addressed. Quality without compromise, supported by processes that hold up as we grow. Our goal is to build the best plumbing team in the area, and we're looking for the person who wants to lead it. What you'll bring An active Master Plumber license applicable to our service area. Strong hands-on plumbing experience and pride in your workmanship. The ability to lead jobs, solve problems, and communicate with customers. A willingness to hire, teach, and hold a team to high standards. The drive to take responsibility for the operation and help grow the business. If you've been waiting for a chance to build something of your own—with a voice in the decisions and resources behind you—we'd like to talk. Apply through Indeed with your résumé or a brief description of your experience. Tell us what you'd want to build and why this opportunity interests you.
