We are currently looking to hire an experienced, solutions-minded Plumbing Superintendent to direct and assist technicians in our growing Construction division. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of high performance within the Construction plumbing environment. Joe Cole Plumbing has a busy pipeline of residential and commercial work for both construction and service. Our top segments include ultra-luxury residential homes and grocery stores, with a variety of other work. The ideal candidate has a well-rounded plumbing background, comfortable in these different settings. Position Responsibilities (but are not limited to): Ultimately responsible for production, safety, and quality control on your projects. Manage multiple project deadlines and allocate technician resources. Provide clear and concise instructions to the on-site team. Problem solving of job and/or jobsite issues on demand. Provide technical and other guidance for our Construction team. Communicate routinely with the Project Manager on job and/or personnel issues. Meet with clients as needed to discuss upcoming and current projects. Handle elevated service calls as required.
