Subterranean - The Sewer Experts is seeking a licensed Master Plumber to serve as our Plumber of Record . This is a part-time remote role. The primary responsibility will be meeting with inspectors and reviewing and signing plumbing-related paperwork, permit applications, and other required documentation. Responsibilities Serve as the company's Plumber of Record. Review and sign permit applications and other required plumbing documentation. Assist with plumbing permit and compliance documentation as needed. Maintain an active Master Plumber license throughout the duration of the position. Be reasonably available for occasional questions regarding permits or documentation. Qualifications Valid and active Master Plumber license required. Knowledge of applicable plumbing codes and permitting requirements. Reliable and responsive when documentation requires review or signature. Ability to perform the responsibilities of the Plumber of Record in accordance with applicable licensing and regulatory requirements. Schedule Flexible, Part-time. Scheduling will be discussed based on company needs and candidate availability. Pay Based on experience

Pay:

$38.00 - $69.00 per hour
