We believe in training the right people and providing opportunities for advancement. What You'll Do Assist licensed plumbers with commercial plumbing installations and repairs. Load, unload, and organize tools, equipment, and materials. Dig trenches and assist with underground plumbing work when needed. Help install water lines, drain lines, fixtures, water heaters, and other plumbing components. Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe. Learn to identify plumbing issues and assist with repairs. Drive to job sites with technicians as needed. Follow all company safety procedures and plumbing codes. Provide courteous and professional service to customers. What We're Looking For Strong work ethic and willingness to learn. Dependable with a positive attitude. Ability to work well as part of a team. Good communication skills. Mechanically inclined and comfortable using hand and power tools. Ability to lift 75 pounds and perform physically demanding work. Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions, in crawl spaces, attics, and on ladders. Valid driver's license with a good driving record. High school diploma or GED preferred. Preferred Qualifications Previous construction, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, or mechanical experience. Experience using basic hand and power tools. OSHA 10 certification is a plus but not required.
