Plumber Technician Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and reliable Plumber Technician to join our team, specializing in residential plumbing services. The ideal candidate will have experience in new construction plumbing and service work, with a focus on customer satisfaction. This role involves diagnosing and repairing plumbing issues, performing drain cleaning, and ensuring all work complies with local building codes. A strong understanding of water systems and construction plumbing is essential to deliver high-quality service to our clients. Responsibilities Perform residential plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance for both new construction projects and existing homes Conduct drain cleaning and unclogging to resolve plumbing blockages efficiently Diagnose plumbing issues and provide effective solutions while maintaining excellent customer service Follow local building codes and safety regulations during all phases of work Install, repair, and maintain water systems, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances Collaborate with clients to explain work performed and recommend appropriate solutions Ensure all work is completed accurately, efficiently, and in a professional manner Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and organized state Skills 3-5 years of experience in residential plumbing, including new construction and service work highly desired Strong knowledge of local building codes related to residential plumbing Proficiency in drain cleaning techniques and water system installation/repair Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients Ability to troubleshoot plumbing issues quickly and accurately Knowledge of construction plumbing practices and safety standards High school diploma or equivalent required Valid plumbing license or certification preferred but not mandatory Join our team as a Plumber Technician if you are dedicated to delivering quality workmanship in residential plumbing projects while providing exceptional customer service.
