Position Overview:

Build systems that last—Rapid is hiring Residential Plumbing Installers who know quality work matters. There's a difference between a plumber who just connects pipes and one who builds systems families can trust for decades. You're the second kind. As a Residential Plumbing Installer at Rapid, you'll handle complete installations—water heaters, drain systems, whole-home re-pipes—with precision and care. You'll work directly with homeowners, explain your solutions clearly, and leave knowing the system you built will keep working long after you're gone. What You'll Do:

Complete residential plumbing installations, drain systems, and related in-home projects Diagnose existing systems and recommend the right solutions—not just the most expensive ones Explain your work to customers in plain English and show them why quality matters Build customer trust through education, not pressure—we sell through transparency Re-check every installation before you leave to ensure it's working perfectly Help customers choose financing options and maintenance plans that fit their needs Keep your truck organized and professional—it's one of our best advertisements Train and mentor apprentices who want to learn the trade the right way

What We're Looking For:
