Job Summary The Commercial Service Journeyman Plumber is responsible for overseeing, installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems in commercial and industrial facilities. This non-union role requires advanced technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and compliance with all applicable plumbing codes and safety regulations. Journeyman Plumber may supervise other plumbers and apprentices while ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

• Install, inspect, maintain, and repair commercial plumbing systems including water, drainage, gas, and sewer systems
• Diagnose plumbing issues and implement effective solutions
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Ensure compliance with all plumbing codes and regulations
• Supervise and mentor plumbers and apprentices
• Coordinate with contractors and project managers
• Perform preventative maintenance and routine service
• Respond to emergency service calls
• Maintain service records and documentation
• Follow all safety standards and procedures Qualifications
• Valid Master Plumber License (required)
• 3+ years of commercial plumbing experience
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems and codes
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver's license Work Environment Commercial and industrial job sites. May require working in confined spaces, at heights, and in varying weather conditions. Some after-hours or on-call work may be required. Physical Requirements

• Standing, bending, and kneeling for extended periods
• Manual dexterity to operate tools Compensation & Benefits Non-union position with annual compensation up to $75,000 depending on experience.
