- Minimum 5 years of commercial plumbing service experience
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Experience servicing commercial plumbing systems in office buildings, healthcare facilities, industrial properties, retail centers, airports, restaurants, schools, and similar commercial environments Repair and replacement experience with: Toilets Flush valves Faucets Commercial fixtures Water heaters Boilers Mixing valves
- Drain cleaning and hydro jetting experience
- Experience with water, sewer, and gas piping systems including PVC, copper, cast iron, black pipe, and galvanized pipe
- Experience servicing commercial pump systems including booster pumps, recirculation pumps, duplex and triplex systems
- Ability to diagnose and repair commercial water heaters and boiler systems
- Read and interpret plumbing drawings, specifications, and technical documents when necessary
- Provide outstanding customer service while communicating professionally with property managers, facility engineers, business owners, and commercial clients
- Maintain accurate service documentation using mobile technology
- Safely operate and maintain a company service vehicle
- Participate in an on-call rotation as required
- Ability to work occasional evenings or weekends based on customer needs What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is someone who:
