Choose Your Path:

Installer Track (Technical / No Sales): Execute hands-on residential plumbing installations and major repairs on pre-sold, pre-scheduled jobs.

Service & Sales Track:

Run residential diagnostic calls, present repair options to homeowners, and hand off installation work to our installer team. Full-Cycle Track (Max Earnings): Manage residential service calls end-to-end—from initial diagnostic and options presentation to final repair and installation.

Benefits & Compensation:

High Earning Potential:

$25.00/hour base (commensurate with license tier/experience) + 10% profit commission ($50K-$150K+ average yearly gross).

Consistent Work:

Pre-scheduled service routes across the Dallas area.

Responsibilities:

Perform residential plumbing diagnostics, drain cleaning, pipe repairs, water heater installs, and fixture replacements. Provide clear, honest recommendations and upfront options to homeowners. Execute all plumbing repairs and installations to local Texas plumbing code and safety standards. Maintain clean work areas and keep company-provided vehicle stocked and organized.

Qualifications & Requirements:

License:

Active Texas Plumbing License required.

Experience:

Minimum 4+ years of hands-on residential plumbing service and repair experience.

Driving:

Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.

Skills:
