Overview Arena Staffing is hiring commercial plumbers in the Floydada, TX area for a 12-month commercial project starting the end of September. We are seeking 3+ year apprentices to journeyman. Must have experience with both underground and above ground commercial projects. Work schedule is 5/10s and per diem of $130 per day worked is available for anyone travelling over 80 miles from home residence to the site. Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in commercial facilities, including water supply lines, drainage, and waste systems Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics to ensure accurate installation and repairs Operate company vehicles safely to transport tools and materials to job sites Use hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and plumbing inspection cameras to complete tasks efficiently Conduct drain cleaning, pipe threading, and system inspections to diagnose issues accurately Perform remodeling and assembly work related to plumbing fixtures and systems on construction sites Adhere to local building codes and safety regulations while executing all plumbing activities Requirements Must have a valid apprenticeship card at a minimum Proven construction experience with a focus on commercial plumbing projects Proficiency in welding, drain cleaning, pipe threading, and the use of plumbing inspection cameras Strong knowledge of water systems, plumbing system maintenance and repair techniques Ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics accurately Experience with construction site operations, including heavy lifting and working at heights or confined spaces Familiarity with local building codes and safety standards for commercial plumbing installations Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and plumbing-specific equipment effectively Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients and team members Valid driver's license with experience operating company vehicles safely Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and material estimations Handyman experience or remodeling background is a plus Join us if you're ready to bring your expertise in commercial plumbing to a vibrant team dedicated to quality workmanship.
