Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various plumbing tasks. Perform pipe threading, welding, and assembly as needed for plumbing installations. Conduct routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues and recommend solutions. Collaborate with construction teams on-site to ensure timely project completion. Handle heavy lifting of materials and equipment as required during installations or repairs. Provide maintenance person services for minor repairs or remodeling tasks related to plumbing systems. Qualifications Familiarity with construction site practices and safety protocols is essential. Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical documents accurately. Strong mechanical knowledge coupled with basic math skills for measurements and calculations. Valid driving license may be required.
