$45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year + monthly profit sharing If you know how to drive sales, lead a team, and take ownership of a store's performance, RAW Wheels & Tires wants to talk with you. We are looking for an experienced automotive retail and service leader who can own the day-to-day operation of a RAW Wheels & Tires location—from sales and customer experience to staffing, inventory, and profitability. This isn't a desk-manager position. You will be expected to know what is happening with your customers, your team, and your numbers—and take action when something isn't performing. What You Can Expect (Compensation & Benefits)

Competitive Base Salary:

$45,000 - $55,000 base salary

Uncapped Monthly Profit Sharing:

Tied directly to store profitability. (Historically, profit sharing at a well-performing store has been approximately $900 - $1,300/month ; incentives are performance-based and not guaranteed).

Financial Performance:

Drive store sales, profitability, and overall P&L performance.

Team Leadership:

Recruit, train, schedule, develop, and hold your team accountable.

Customer Experience:

Maintain high customer service standards and resolve issues effectively.

Business Operations:

Oversee sales, lease-to-own activity, installation workflow, productivity, and safety.

Asset & Expense Control:

Manage inventory, cash controls, collections, account performance, and operational expenses.

Execution:

Implement and maintain company processes and performance expectations. What We're Looking For (Requirements)

Experience:

Proven automotive service, tire, or related automotive management experience.

Leadership:

Strong sales mentality with a coachable, hands-on leadership style.

Financial Acumen:

Clear understanding of store financials, expenses, profitability, reports, and performance metrics.

Problem-Solving:

Confidence handling customer, employee, and operational problems.

Work History:

Stable work history demonstrating reliability.

Availability:
