WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a Plumbing Service Technician, you will help residential and commercial customers solve plumbing and drain problems while delivering professional customer service.
Your responsibilities may include:
Diagnose plumbing and drain problems Perform plumbing service and repairs Clear clogged drains and sewer lines Operate professional drain-cleaning equipment Perform sewer camera inspections Perform hydro-jetting services Identify plumbing concerns and recommend solutions Explain repair options clearly and professionally Prepare professional estimates for recommended work Take before, during, and after photos Properly document completed work Maintain a clean and organized company vehicle Properly maintain company tools and equipment Follow company procedures and safety standards Deliver an excellent customer experience
