Pounce Plumbing is growing in McKinney, and we're looking for an experienced residential service plumber who can diagnose, communicate, influence, and plumb at a high level. You need to know how to walk into a customer's home, find the problem, explain it in plain English, build and present options confidently, and deliver world-class plumbing work. You'll run residential service calls throughout McKinney and the North Dallas suburbs. Repairs. Installations. Water heaters. Fixtures. Water softeners. Filtration systems. Troubleshooting. You're responsible for the entire customer experience from the moment you pull into the driveway until the job is complete. Pay is $35-$40/hour with $80,000-$130,000+ total earning potential. We're looking for someone with a current Texas plumbing license and real residential service experience. You should be able to run calls independently, diagnose confidently, communicate with homeowners, and perform excellent work without someone looking over your shoulder. You need a valid driver's license and insurable driving record. You need to be reliable. Professional. Coachable. Accountable.
