Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and motivated Licensed Service Plumber at the Journeyman or Tradesman level to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting plumbing systems across residential and commercial properties. Your expertise in construction plumbing, building code compliance, and system maintenance will ensure safe, efficient, and reliable plumbing services. Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, gas piping systems, and water heaters in residential and commercial settings. Read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to execute projects accurately. Use hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and welding techniques to complete installations and repairs efficiently. Ensure all work complies with plumbing building codes, local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards. Perform routine maintenance on plumbing systems to prevent future issues and extend system lifespan. Troubleshoot complex plumbing problems using schematics and technical manuals; diagnose issues accurately before executing repairs. Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols during heavy lifting, pipe installation, remodeling projects, and site operations. Communicate effectively with clients to provide excellent customer service while explaining work performed and recommendations for ongoing maintenance or repairs. Experience Proven construction experience with residential and commercial plumbing projects. Demonstrated knowledge of plumbing building codes, local regulations, and safety standards. Skilled in using hand tools such as wrenches, pipe cutters, threading machines; power tools including drills and saws; welding equipment; and gas piping systems. Background in maintenance, repair & operations (MRO), remodeling projects, or handyman work is highly desirable. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while adhering to safety regulations; experience with pipe threading is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills with basic math proficiency for measurements and calculations needed during installations or repairs. Field service experience on construction sites or within service environments is preferred.
