Overview We are seeking a skilled and motivated Licensed Plumber (tradesman or journeyman) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems across residential and commercial properties. Your expertise will ensure that water systems operate efficiently, adhere to local building codes, and meet our high standards for quality and safety. Hourly or commission Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial settings, including water supply lines, drain systems, and fixtures. Conduct plumbing inspections using specialized cameras and tools to diagnose issues accurately. Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and construction plans to execute projects precisely. Operate company vehicles and power tools safely to transport materials and complete tasks efficiently. Perform drain cleaning, pipe threading, welding, and assembly tasks with precision using hand tools and heavy machinery. Ensure all work complies with local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards. Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients about project scope, progress, and maintenance tips. Plumbing sales Requirements Must pass a drug test and have a clean driving record. Valid license as a professional plumber with proven experience in construction plumbing. Demonstrated knowledge of plumbing system maintenance and repair techniques. Hands-on experience with construction site work, remodeling projects, and heavy lifting requirements. Proficiency in using plumbing inspection cameras, power tools, hand tools, pipe threading equipment, and plumbing system components. Strong understanding of local building codes, water systems, commercial plumbing practices, and interpreting technical drawings. Ability to perform basic math calculations essential for measurements and estimations during installations or repairs. Excellent problem-solving skills combined with handyman experience in assembly or remodeling projects. Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and work at various heights or confined spaces as needed. Must have your own tools.
