Apprentice Electrician - Edinburg, TX $22-$26/hour | Local Candidates | October 2026-April 2027 We're hiring Apprentice Electricians for a correctional facility construction project in Edinburg, TX . This is an opportunity for apprentices with 1-4 years of experience to build their commercial electrical skills while working alongside licensed electricians. The schedule will start at four 10-hour days per week and later increase to five 10-hour days per week . Scope of Work Assist with installing conduit, raceways, wiring, and electrical equipment. Pull wire, bend conduit, and mount electrical components. Assist with outlets, switches, breakers, and other installations based on experience. Read blueprints and job specifications with guidance from field leadership. Help with testing and troubleshooting under supervision. Follow all site safety procedures and keep work areas clean and organized. Requirements 1-4 years of electrical experience; commercial or industrial experience preferred. Active Texas Apprentice Electrician license or ability to obtain one through

TDLR. OSHA 10

preferred Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. High school diploma or GED. Ability to pass a background check and drug screening. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work on an active construction site.
