Plumbing Maintenance Technician (As Needed) Seeking a reliable and experienced Plumbing Maintenance Technician to perform plumbing repairs and maintenance on approximately 15 rental properties. Work is available on an as-needed basis, primarily when tenants vacate a property and repairs are required before new occupancy. Responsibilities Repair and replace faucets, toilets, sinks, and garbage disposals Diagnose and fix leaks in water lines, drains, and fixtures Clear clogged drains and sewer lines Install and repair plumbing fixtures and piping Inspect plumbing systems for needed repairs or maintenance Perform water heater maintenance and minor repairs Ensure all plumbing work meets safety and quality standards Assist in preparing rental units for new tenants Requirements Experience in residential plumbing repair and maintenance Ability to troubleshoot plumbing issues efficiently Knowledge of plumbing tools, materials, and safety practices Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects Reliable transportation and plumbing tools preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

Must hold a valid Texas plumbing license (Tradesman, Journeyman, or Master Plumber) or be eligible to work under the supervision of a licensed plumbing professional. License status may be verified prior to hiring. Compensation Pay is based on the scope and complexity of each job. Rates are negotiable and will be determined according to experience and skill level. Different plumbing tasks may have different pay scales. Schedule Part-time, as-needed work. Flexible schedule based on property vacancies and maintenance needs.
