Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings
• Collaborate with construction teams to plan and execute plumbing projects
• Read blueprints and follow building codes and regulations
• Perform inspections and diagnose plumbing issues
• Repair or replace plumbing fixtures, pipes, and fittings
• Install and maintain water heaters, pumps, and other plumbing equipment
• Collaborate with other tradespeople to ensure efficient project completion
• Provide excellent customer service and address client concerns

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Tradesman
• Proficient in heavy lifting and working in physically demanding environments
• Field service experience preferred
• Knowledge of pipe threading techniques and tools
• Carpentry skills for framing and installing plumbing systems
• Proficient in using hand tools specific to the plumbing trade
• Experience as a maintenance person or in general construction plumbing is a plus
• Valid driver's license for commercial driving purposes
