Job Summary We are seeking a Licensed Plumber / Journeyman Plumber who is dedicated to quality craftsmanship, honest customer communication, and continuous professional growth. In this role, you will work alongside an experienced team—including master plumbers, licensed journeymen, and apprentices—providing long-lasting plumbing solutions for homes and businesses.

Key Responsibilities Diagnostic & Testing:

Perform leak detection, sewer line camera inspections, and hydrostatic static pressure testing to locate underground and under-slab issues.

Repairs & Maintenance:

Execute under-slab drain repairs, pipe repair/repiping, drain cleaning, fixture fixes, and gas/sewer line services.

Water Heater Services:

Install, maintain, and repair traditional tank water heaters and modern tankless units.

Commercial & Residential Projects:

Deliver residential service calls and commercial plumbing solutions with minimal customer downtime.

Customer Interaction:

Communicate diagnostics clearly and transparently with homeowners, foundation contractors, and business owners.

Mentorship & Teamwork:

Collaborate with apprentices and fellow journeymen to uphold master-level standards on every job site.

Qualifications & Requirements License:

Current Texas Plumber License (Journeyman or Tradesman) required.

Experience:

Proven field experience in residential or commercial plumbing service, drain work, and leak detection.

Driver's License:

Valid Texas driver's license with a clean driving record to operate company service vehicles.

Technical Skills:

Familiarity with modern equipment including sewer cameras, hydrostatic testing rigs, and acoustic leak detectors is a plus.
