What You'll Do Diagnose, repair, and install residential plumbing systems , fixtures, water heaters, and more Provide homeowners with clear, confident solutions and estimates Perform drain, waste & vent repairs and water line repairs Follow local plumbing codes and company safety standards Represent the company with professionalism, communication, and pride What You Bring A current Texas Plumbing License (Tradesman, Journeyman or Master) Strong troubleshooting skills and experience in residential service Ability to work independently and handle physical demands of the job A customer-first mindset and solid communication skills Valid driver's license + ability to pass background check & drug screen What You'll Earn Experienced residential service plumbers typically earn $80,000-$130,000+ per year , depending on performance.
