About us Growing outpatient imaging center in Sugar Land. We serve patients covered by commercial insurance, Medicare, workers' comp, and personal injury (LOP). We're looking for an organized, patient-focused person to run our scheduling and prior authorizations. What you'll do Schedule MRI, CT, X-ray, and ultrasound appointments. Handle patient calls and referrals from physician offices. Check insurance eligibility and benefits before each appointment. Get prior authorizations from commercial payers and Medicare Advantage plans, and follow up on them. Coordinate personal injury/LOP cases with attorney offices and referring providers. Track pending authorizations and let patients and referring offices know about delays. Keep patient records in our systems accurate and complete. What we're looking for 1+ year of experience with medical scheduling and/or prior authorization. Imaging or radiology experience is a strong plus. Familiarity with payer portals (Availity, eviCore, Carelon/AIM, etc.) and

CPT/ICD-10

codes. Experience with PI/LOP or workers' comp is a plus. Strong phone manner, attention to detail, and the ability to handle many tasks at once. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
